Oh man is it ever. My husband and I have been skipping going to the gym periodically in the mornings because it's just so hard to get up when it's dark and cold.

Well, we went into the stores and it was just cold and windy. When we left it was blowing snow like a bitch out there. I was cranky, the girlchild was giddy and skipping in the snow the whole way home. *I* am happy to be home. I think I could have left her out there and she would have been thrilled.

Love it actually. I never thought retail would be my thing. But I have so much fun over there. Sometimes the people are bitches, but now I am management so they bitch, I shoot them down, and they leave.

Lol. We haven't had much in the way of snow yet. A few flurries here and there, but nothing that's stuck to anything other than like, wooden decks. Of course when I left this evening I did see that we had "salted" the roads. I put "salted" in quotes because the area that I live in has started using this liquid that they put down instead. It isn't corrosive, it melts snow quicker and doesn't get plowed away and doesn't turn into ice as soon as the road has been plowed. I saw the spray lines when I was driving.
