I would think it'd be true because of the whole, bigger ears catch more sound bit.

S'why bats have such huge ears; they need to "catch" all the reflected sound for their echolocation to work!

Just so you know (I'm a paramedic, not a completely random idiot giving advice on the internet) you can alternate doses of ibuprofen and tylenol to break a fever without it having any adverse reactions to their liver/kidneys. So if you gave a dose of ibuprofen at 5, give tylenol at 8, ibuprofen at 11, etc.

Hope the kiddo feels better soon!
