Ive become more of a homebody the older I get. ahha. I used to go to shows every week, now Im just like oh there has to be something on netflix to watch. I do live in LA but I always feel like Im not cool enough to...lol, if that makes sense. Everyone goes out and drops loads of cash at bars and places here and its like how do you even afford that!! So I dont know.

I wish Alice I spent mine in house last year with kids and will probably be doing the same again. Don't have anyone to share it with.

For some reason I can hardly ever stay up on New Years Eve. I usually end up asleep by the time the ball drops.

WAIT! I just remembered, I went 'out' New Years 2010! I spent it in West Virginia with my mom and her friends.

Was terrified I was pregnant... THEN I found out I wasn't and I celebrated with a strawberry wine cooler lol

Not really. Two years ago I tried to drink 21 drinks on New Years since it was $80 cover for an open bar. I did with a buddy. He puked. I got to 20. Then they closed.

Nothing particular unusual really happens to me... the one in Germany was quite nice just because they have tastier beverages and street foods in cities-in-Germany than small-towns-I'd-lived- in-previously...

Usually I stay up at the homes of people I know, because I'm terrified of drunk driving, but occasionally if I know there'll be a reliable sober driver I'll go out dancing.

New Year's Day of this year I had been introduced to a friend of a friend (he had commented when he saw my FB photo on my friend's page that I was cute and he wanted to meet me) and we really hit it off and talked most of the night. He asked for my number and promised to get together, etc.

Didn't hear from him for well over a month before I found out he met the love of his life the very. next. day.



(But at least it left me room to meet Master a couple of months later.)

Most of my recent NYEs have been in pubs. Fun but kinda low-key. This year I have to work (in a pub!) so I'm just telling all my friends to meet and party there and I'll just join them at their table when I get done my shift (by 12:30 the latest, fingers crossed).
