I was a bit surprised that they don't usually have cleanup in ass-to-mouth sequences. But not too surprised... this is the porn industry.

The bit about Scott Nails was surprising, especially how guarded she was in some other answers (Such as not wanting to compare directors for fear of putting her foot in her mouth)
