I really like having a plot, although it's rare to find a good one in porn. The writing tends to be pretty awful, and not all porn performers got to where they are based on acting ability.

Agreed! But I like porn with a plot sometimes, or at least I'm not usually into straight gonzo porn (I like some fetish porn that doesn't need plots, but there are at least roles that the people play). I didn't like that BG5 didn't have a plot, but also I feel like it's harder to discuss it except to say "oh I liked this move" or "this part was hot."
