a little loopy and foggy but doing better than the last few days. My fibro, depression and anxiety have been worse, finally saw dr and got new meds, hoping they help. She thinks the increased anxiety is connected to my lack of sleep from pain etc hence the sleeping pill.

I'll be honest, time flew with all these problems that I haven't even put stepmother into the dvd player. feel free to spank me less
