It depends on what you want the toy for. I love my Gigi but I typically use it as a clitoral massager and rarely as a g-spot toy (its too short and not curved enough to hit my g-spot). The Ella is great if you are looking for a great multi-purpose dildo. My roommate loves her Ella.

I have a Gigi, and love the deep g-spot vibrations.
It's also a really firm toy, (like the Ella), which means once you get it onto your g-spot, it's not going to flex. This is a blessing and a curse; it won't move around once you get it where you want it, but if a partner is holding the reins, it's easy to accidentally cause discomfort.

There's a slight shape difference between the two. They aren't just a vibrating and non-vibrating version of each other. I prefer the shape of Gigi over Ella, even though the difference is minimal.

I own the Ella and I'm absolutely in love with her! The only thing that could be better about her is if she vibrated so I chose the Gigi!

I'm personally not that fond of internal vibration so I'd go with the Ella for G-spotting. But the Gigi is supposed to be great for clitoral stimulation too.

I own Gigi, after weighing my options I went with that one and I'm very happy with it. All depends on what you're looking for though. I find Gigi is great externally as well.
