I have the regular Luna beads and the Luna beads Noir, which are the same as the Minis except they're black and only come with the heavier set of weights. I used to have a Teneo Duo but I rehomed it because it was too uncomfortable for me. Like it was too large or something and made me feel like I had to pee when I didn't. I like both sets of Luna beads, but the Noir set is challenging to keep in (for me anyway) and the rattling sensation isn't as noticeable. I would recommend the regular set if the size doesn't pose an issue. Hope that helped!

I only have the Luna Minis and although I think they work great, the rattling noise is a concern. No matter how high I place it, it seems to rattle when running or doing any active motion.

I have the Luna Beads Noir. I need the smaller size and chose them over the Luna Beads Mini because I was told by people who had both that the rattling noise was less with the Noir than the Minis.
I haven't used then a lot yet, but I don't think they're the most rumbly Kegel balls I've ever had. I do like them though, the quality and size are nice.

I grabbed the Luna Minis after having a size/fit issue with the Smartballs Teneo Uno and they work out so much better. They are a bit noisy with the rattling, but out of those I've tried they are the most rattly.

I've never laid hands on the Lunas (though I want to, real real bad), but I own a pair of Smartballs. I did a couple of tests with my boyfriend before wearing them out and about - I felt like everyone could hear them, but he insisted it was all in my head, or something along those lines.
The Smartballs are a bit big, but your mileage will vary depending on what you think 'big' is.

try the Emigi set everyone. it offers 2 different weights pieces, insert easily, & aren't too large that I can't get a good Kegels workout.

I have the Luna Beads Noir, which are the same as the Minis but apparently quieter. I would recommend them to you - they're really nice. I haven't tried the others, though, but size is a major factor for me since I'm very tight.
