How long does it usually take for a replacement item to ship?

I purchased lingerie and it has several issues. I submitted a support ticket and was able to exchange it. I was wondering how long it normally takes for the new item to be shipped. It was received several days ago, so it hasn't been long or anything. I'm just curious.
