How did you order, if I may ask? I did a points-only order recently and it was like that for almost two days before I canceled it. In the meantime, I decided I'd rather not shop at Eden anymore, even if it was "free" shopping with points.

Can't imagine that losing mods would affect shipping. That's typically a separate department.

I ordered the tie dye Maverick earlier today. Mainly with points and some with my debit card. It's still processing and has a scheduled shipping date for tomorrow. I'm really concerned because I ordered it about twelve hours ago, and now when I look at the product page, the tie dye option isn't even available. *bites nails* I've been waiting and wanting this dildo for a long time. I really really hope it goes through.

I placed two orders this week. An order on Tuesday was processed and shipped quickly. The second order placed on Wed sat in processing for longer than expected. I was a bit concerned especially hearing about others. However it did ship late on Thursday. I got the tracking info early this morning. There was a 12 hour delay between the shipping time and the tracking email. That has occasionally happened to my orders especially during busy seasons. Perhaps they are just backed up.
Hopefully it will the same for the everyone.

I have placed approximately 20 separate orders since last week (both before and after all of this drama). It took a day longer than usual to receive the email notification and tracking numbers, but so far each shipped and arrived on time. All purchases were made with 100% points.

I'll say the same thing here I said in the other thread. I made a LARGE order yesterday, and points/commissions were all that I spent. It shipped out of Atlanta at 4:45 this morning, and I should have it by tomorrow. My expected shipping date at time of purchase was yesterday with an arrival Tuesday of next week.
Instead, it shipped this morning and my estimated delivery is tomorrow.
I'll take a 12 hour delay in the initiation of the shipping process and receive a package 3 days early anytime. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to smuggle a box that big in the house with everyone home. lol
