No Longer Receiving Email Notifications

Whenever I submit a review, I always make sure that I have selected the option to receive notifications when there is a comment placed on it. Also, I often set alerts for discussions that I post in on the forums. The email notifications were working perfectly for me, until a couple of days ago. Now I am no longer receiving any email notifications for any activity, except for when I have a new follower. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Jaimes let us know a couple of days ago that there were technical difficulties with the email/phone systems over at Eden. What I would do is go into my personal information and re-verify my email address and make sure in my "alerts" section that everything is as it should be. If it's still a problem in a couple of days, submit a support ticket.

I've had that problem in the past. I was finally able to fix it by entering a different e-mail address into the system and saving it, and then going right back in and changing the e-mail address right back to the original address (the one at which I wanted to be receiving the e-mails). Entering a new e-mail address somehow fixed the problem so that I was receiving the alerts again.

You may also want to check your spam folder, occasionally important things end up there.

I've been having this issue as well. Thanks for posting about it! Going to try some of the suggestions now.

Same here with review comments I've received. I assume since so many people are experiencing the problem, that it would need to be fixed at their office and not by the individuals? Just guessing of course lol

It makes sense that it's a system-wide issue. Nevertheless, I've submitted a support ticket so that it's brought up by someone.

same issue with me, i guess it started over the weekend.


after checking into my 'email notifications' settings, i see that email notifications for comments is no longer an option. it's just not there.


there is an option to receive notifications from messages in your inbox and followers. that is all.


im sure this will be up and running soon.

If you click on the bell next to your user icon, there is an option to set alerts for notifications to be sent when someone comments on your profile and three other options that I can't be bothered to remember right now...

Comments on reviews are set on the review itself.

I still am not receiving anything through my main email account, I had to switch it to my secondary email that I really don't like using. Is there still a problem or is there something wrong on my end?
