How do I upload a new profile banner to my profile, its driving me batty I cant change it.

Account (top left)> Profile banner (left side under settings)

I did my profile banner and it shows as uploaded in the banner-changing section but it doesn't show when I view my profile. I tried emptying the browser cache and trying different browsers.
