Safety and trust are the most important factors in joining a site. How does EF make you feel secure?

I have only been a member here for about a month. I trusted the site after a week and no spam in my mailbox. I feel safe since they allow you to be anonymous on the site and personal information is what you feel comfortable writing about. How are your feelings? What made you feel safe and what made you decide to trust EF?
