Has anybody gotten a product broken or anything? I got my "Cute Baby" and it's broken =( ... That SUCKSSSSSSS !!

I've gotten a few things that didn't work when I got them. I submitted a support ticket and had it exchanged, which is totally what you should do if you want a new one
