Free gift with free review item

I don't get anything with my free assignments like that, but I don't think there is anything wrong with doing it because it is free just like the assignment. In fact I didn't even know assignments counted as an order to get a free gift on.

Once in a while I will check out what is up for grabs when I do place an order, but I usually don't even look. I grabbed a free t-shirt this time, and I really want a tote bag, but other than that I don't even bother!

I normally always get something else off one of my wishlists when I get an assignment, so I will get something if I like it. I just recieved the WET sampler and love it. It is great for when I go with the hubby on the road and not having to worry about bottles leaking.

I usually only add it if it was something I really wanted! I use the free shipping often.

Be careful with the cooling lube and the flavored lube---that stuff is THIN! It ran down my arm while I was trying to get the package open.

Why not? The body wipes are extremely useful and are 'depleting' products which means they get used up and you need a restock of them. I only add a gift if I can use it. There is no point in getting something just because it's free then throw it out or never use. As long as there are good gifts, and not just "we have too many of this and too few people are actually buying it so we need to get rid of it" gifts (not that there were many, but the gift program became extremely good the recent weeks), I welcome them.

I'm not even sure that I knew this was possible! It just seems sort of wrong to me, personally.

I'm in Canada and I do the very same thing, adding toys to my order. But I would not add a free gift if my order would only contain the item for review. I add one once in a while with the rest of my regular orders. I really like the wipes, especially for cleaning my Siri.

i'll do it if it's a product that i 1. haven't reviewed before or 2. if it's something i like and doesn't cost anything more than ten bucks. i've been getting the eden wipes every time i order something just because i really like them and they do such a kick ass job of keeping my cute toys clean

I didn't even know you could do this. I usually add a product or two onto my order anyway so I can get free shipping so I don't think I would feel bad about adding a free product on.

I usually take advantage of the free shipping that comes with assignments and order other things, so I don't feel guilty ordering the free gift.

I usually do. Like Dawn, I typically give these toys/items to friends, and I've gotten a couple to join the site and become paying customers.

i had been in the past cuz i just love free stuff. however now if it's not something i want i don't because i haven't been able to get rid of all my extras. though maybe i'll start giving them away as a way to introduce people to EF. I do always end up ordering something, even if its small. always need batteries, stockings, etc. I've also seen people giving away the items in the classified, they just charge shipping. i think that is great for people who have missed out on a particular free gift.

If it's something you want, why not? You can always review that as well. Besides, many of the free gifts are promotional in nature, so if you're wandering around in public with an EF ad on your bag or what have you, the site's getting some benefit.

I usually purchase something with my assignment, so in that case... I'll add a free gift, too.

If I am ordering something else yes, if not no. Probably not a big deal one way or the other.

I generally give away my free gifts. They go in the pot for my annual Moms Night Out dirty Santa white elephant gift exchange

I don't but if I liked something enough I probably would. I normally forget to add the free stuff with a normal order. Which can be very annoying when it looks interesting and I want to try it.

I tried getting the cock ring or whatever with just my assignment it won't let you unless you purchase something I did it just to see, I didn't need to cock ring have no use for it. My next assignment I plan to add to the order though even though normally I make my orders over the limit of getting free shipping.

I thought you had to have at least one cent worth in your cart to get a free gift? I probably wouldn't unless I was getting other stuff anyways.

I try to wait until I order something until I have a free review for the shipping. I often don't remember the free gift at all

free assignments are not free cost wise. there is the expectation to write an honest review to the best of your ability. for me, that takes quite a bit of time. and our time is valuable. EF knows that our time and experience with a product is valuable. that's why the so called "free" item does not cost in money or points. I appreciate this gesture on EF's part.

This is a great idea!! Even if the free toy isn't something you might be interested in, passing it along to a friend to spark an interest and create another customer/reviewer is an excellent idea.

I got the wipes once after reading an article about them on Sexis; I really wanted to try them and they are great. I also got the vibrating cock ring once just because I wanted to try it. I plan on reviewing everything I've ever purchased here, or gotten as a free gift but assignments always take precedence, so it may be a while before I get to reviewing a freebie gift. (Unless of course it's changed my world and I need to get the word out asap! LOL.)

Of course. It's an allowed action and free things are free.
