Is there a way to see a fellow reviewer's wish list for if you want to send them a gift?

Nope, and we've asked for some sort of option before. I hope it can be added to profiles, because it ruins the surprise to have to ask someone for their list URL.

You can see them but the other person has to make that wish list public and then send you the url to view it. Epiphora is right that it totally ruins the surprise though...

Other than that, you can't search for them or anything like that so there's no other way to find em.

Eeek! That's a real bummer. I love to surprise people, particularly if I know they're going through a bad time or something. I guess there's always gift certificates though.

I have my wishlist on my profile.

I added it where it asks for "favorite stores" when you edit your profile.

Yeah, I agree.

And like Carrie Ann, I just post mine as my "favorite store." I also have a link to mine on my blog.
