I REALLY want the We Vibe Salsa, but it's always out of stock it seems. Trying to decide whether I should hold out for it or find something else.

It depends. Some items come back in stock in a few days, some in a few months. You can submit a support ticket and ask about a specific item and they can usually give you an estimated time on that item.
