I like it for the lightheaded sensation more than the control. Hubs and I quit breath play when I ended up with eyes full of burst capillaries. If my hang my head over the edge of the bed...or carseat, I get the floaty feeling without passing out.

I don't think I'll ever be able to try this, at least not with a male partner. I have a feeling it would set off some of my deeper fears, so the concept makes me uneasy. I have absolutely no interest in choking my current bf either; he doesn't even like having anything touch parts of his neck.
