for me, i hit a sort of mini-peak - there's no noticeable sensation except the same tiny shudders that happen when i'm really turned on. no fluid rush, no sense of release, etc. etc. past that, i'm just really not turned on anymore - i lose interest in whatever porn i was watching, etc.
really, i try not to focus on it. i haven't had partnered sex in a long time, but solo there's no pressure, which is fun (:
