This IS an interesting question for us. I LOVE oral play. That's what I would think, but without going into detail, the GF's I have who do this are married, monogamous and while that should have NOTHING to do with ecoli and other enteric organisms from the bowel, they swear they have "never gotten sick" doing this and...well.....let's say that as very high level health care professionals, they fully understand the risk, intellectually, but still choose to do this activity, that I too believes is "high risk".

FUNNY you say that. Funny the way the question was worded. Of the GF's who say that they DO this, one of them was the one, in their marriage, that started doing it. At first, her hubby was mortified, but then she said "she was his nasty little girl" and wanted to be "as nasty for him as possible", and so now they do ATM as a "regular part of their sex life" according to them BOTH. I know it is becoming more common in "mainstream" porn, but I can tell you for a fact that some couples DO this...and they claim they have NOT suffered any issue from it (GI or otherwise). They CLAIM that they would not put their guys tool in their mouth if it smelled bad or looked "soiled", but all they say is that it is just "lubed up" and since they pick lube (flavored) knowing they are going to do this, well....I guess it works for them. ALL three of these couples we know PERSONALLY, and NONE are in a "demand/comply" relationship. We have known these people for years and years.
