Well, I voted for "Me and my partner have tried it and think it's super sexy!" but you missed one in there. I think we would fit more in the category of "My partner thinks it's sexy but I think it's weird"
I didn't mind leaking on him, it was embarrassing at first but I got used to it...and didn't mind if he wanted to suck my tits during sex/foreplay...but when he asked if I would let him do it (without sex involved) it was too weird for me!

Well, my hubby use to think it was sexy until he actually tried it. I currently am breastfeeding, and he didn't like it at all once his mouth filled up with milk. But he does like it while I'm pregnant and he can get just the small amount of colostrum, so my answer is yes and no.

I'm a Lactation Nurse, and I see lactation as a way to feed infants and small children. I've breastfed my own children for a long time, some of them for years. My Man and I were able to maturely blend the dichotomy of breast as both sexual plaything AND (it's most important purpose) gland which makes food and comfort and sleeping platform for infants pretty easily.
I never really cared for him to get my milk, it didn't do anything for me, he didn't seem to care either way, and I did wear a bra during sex for the first few months after each baby was born. but I leak like a sieve and would actually soak the bed if I didn't have a bra and several nursing pads on.
The dual use of the female breast CAN be successfully integrated into a healthy sexual relationship, as long as the understanding that breasts are FOR feeding babies and any other use is SECONDARY and not essential, is accepted.
I take a pretty utilitarian view of lactation, and it doesn't turn me on in any way. Helping women lactate is what I do for a living, so I see it all the time, and I've experienced it for years in my own life and only see it as part of a parenting Lifestyle, and can't sexualize it in any way. But, everybody is different, I think as long as the sexual allure of the lactating breast doesn't crowd out it's actual purpose (feeding, calming and nurturing infants) then, what ever works for y'all.

I've never really viewed lactation as something sexy. I've always been put off by porn I've seen where the woman is squirting her breast milk everywhere. However, I have seen photos of forced lactation that I have found mildly arousing. For me, it's not the lactation that arousing, it's the fact that it's being forced (consensually, of course).

My hormones were thrown off big time with medication and this happened to me. I hid it as best I could because I don't find it to be sexy. It's not gross but neither of us find it arousing or want to play because of it.

I don't find it gross but I certainly wouldn't want to try it unless my partner really wanted to and it'd probably just be a one time thing. I see lactation as a way to feed babies, not a sexual thing. Breasts can be sexual, yes, but not the milk in my opinion.

I had a hormone imbalance once which caused me to lactate and it was not comfortable. It wasn't supposed to happen and it shows there is something wrong. I couldn't wait for it to be taken care of. It was staining my bras even with putting tp in them. Uncomfortable.

Never tried it but I totally think it's sexy. I'm not even going to try to pretend! My boyfriend and I do a lot of mummy/baby stuff and sometimes we pretend-breastfeed. So into it. I know it probably weirds a lot of people out, but I love it.

However, lactation over a long period of time without nursing a baby and not having been pregnant could be a due to a large amount of prolactin in the blood, which can lead to irregular periods and infertility. Or it could even signal a pituitary tumor.
I'd mention it to the doctor. I would continue to warn you NOT to encourage the milk output with no baby to take it. For the reasons I mentioned earlier.

I think it's weird, but he finds it sexy. Then again, he likes the thought of me carrying his child/nourishing his child and he just wants to make another baby, so I doubt it's the lactation itself.

It's interesting. I had a receptionist who's husband kept her lactating for two years after their baby had stopped breast feeding, seems he liked her milk better than the carton in the fridge. At least the stories were interesting to hear about!!
