For vaginal we only need it if I wear a condom (about 50/50), for anal play, always! Masturbation depends on what I am using, with a toy you bet, but with my hand not always. Always with toys no matter what with the wife.

Always for any kind of anal play, more rarely for vaginal play. I've never used lube for oral but I actually want to try a flavored lube just to see what everyone's talking about! I also use massage oil for massages-- not quite lube but it has a similar function.

I almost always (like 95% of the time) use lube when my partner has vaginal or anal sex with me. When I play solo with my toys though, I only use lube about 40% of the time. I just don't seem to need it then. Only sometimes.

We almost always use it for anal, once in a while I am juicy and dripping, and if it's only going to be a minute or two (not usually, though) we "forget" but usually always with anal. Rarely with PIV, we just don't think of it, I don't have any problem lubricating so it's just the way we've always done it.
Except for when I was on the Pill. I was so dry, we got this horrible stuff. I think it was called "Joy Jelly" or something like that. We bought it as Spencer's of all places. I was young (17 or 18) and I had NO idea where else to get lube. It was horrible stuff. I had constant infections from it, and I didn't know this stuff was causing it.
Once in a while with toys, when I'm alone. If I'm with him, we don't even need it with toys, unless they are anal toys.

We don't usually use lube for vaginal sex or hand jobs/blow jobs unless we happen to think of it. I'd say it can enhance the experience on occasion, but definitely isn't necessary or even always desirable.
With toys, it depends on the toy. Anything really big or textured, I'm probably going to use lube.

Most for masturbation by my self and then with the GF for different things. Don't like it as most leave a nasty tasting residue, so anything oral is done before that.

We always use lube for anything anal and almost always for masturbation unless I am very aroused before I use a vibe or dil. I find the realistic dils need lube for vigorous thrusting.
