Perhaps I'm just assuming men already do this but my question is for the ladies to determine if I'm addicted or an anomaly.
I find when its bedtime/sleeping I tend to rub my clitoris consistently. Not always to climax but just a relaxation sensation. It has turned so much into a constant that I notice if I wake up in the middle of the night my finger is already rubbing it, like my hand is planted there the whole night. I'm a sound sleeper so I don't know if its happening during sleep, although I do believe my addiction has had some sort of impact on my carpel tunnel as I started to pay attention to what I was doing since my wrist has started bothering me.
I'm rubbing till I fall asleep and the minute I wake up. Do any other females engage for the pleasure of it?
