I've had some good quickies that have involved little to no foreplay, but generally I prefer foreplay.

Yes, of course. Quickies are fun and are quite a rush, but foreplay is much better most of the time.

I'm not sure what the point of having sex without foreplay is. Orgasm for its own sake is only temporarily satisfying. Sharing the longer intimate contact of foreplay with has a more lasting positive impact on us both mentally and physically.

Super important! I get so much more pleasure from it when we take our time with each other, and it's obviously a difference for him as well. Quickies are fun and I think are important at times, but in general, I think that more often than not, extra time should be taken.
