No, but I rarely ever address significant other's by their names when I'm talking to them. I usually say "hon", or something like that. Luckily since I'm not used to use actual names I'm not in much danger of slipping up and using the wrong one.

No. I have it happen when I'm talking sometimes. If I've just told a story, that I have to say a lot of different names over and over, it throws me off for a little bit.
