We don't divide sex into "foreplay" and "the action." We start out many different ways, from just dry humping, to outright oral attack, to just kissing to just making eye contact during the day or night. We will stop in the middle of PIV to have oral sex again, we may have anal at the end, or do that, and then wash up carefully, and return for more of other things.
I don't even really think of certain things as "foreplay" anymore, because we just do anything and everything in no order. We don't always "end" with PIV sex. I usually prefer to have my first orgasm first, because I'll have more as we do other things, but sometimes this doesn't happen, so sometimes, he'll just keep going after he's "done" until I get what I need or give up. Usually, though, we have no set way of having "sex."
My preference is for sex, anything and everything, to last 1 to 3 hours, but the of course, as we need to work, sleep, eat and take care of other things, we do have frequent "quickies."
