Ok, as embarrasing as it is, I could not get any guy I know to do me in my room with out making fun of me IF they would do it at all. I was bored and got out some old toys of mine to play with with my daughter because they seem to be her favorites. SO, I have a GIGANTIC my little pony playset from the 80s called Paradise Estate in my room with about 12-15 ponies lurking around the room from where we were playing and I left them out. Plus, I put my pinkest sheets on the bed since hubby is gone too. I didn't realize how odd it was till one of my friends went to pee in my bathroom and shreeked and then teased me about my toys watching me test toys, and how most guys would feel like they just walked into a 12 year olds room. So...what in your bedroom would other people find totally unsexy?

Nothing I own matches. I like things to look nice, but when it comes down to it, I'm actually a function over form kind of person. If it works just as well as something that's prettier but twice as expensive, I'll buy the uglier item. Also, my sister's side of the room is...ugh. hmmm, I actually put a good bit of thought into sexing things up....some people think it's weird that I have my computer (and therefore work stuff, since I work from home) in the bedroom. It works for us - we use it for music.

My bedroom is unsexy to most, but to me and my boyfriend Griff, it's especially sexy. We're primitives, so my room looks very much like a cave on a cliffside when it's dim. I have drawings on one wall, painted on. It adds to the allure. My lamp is shoji screen, so it adds that firelight illumination feel. However, to many people, it looks like a room full of too many books and wacky stick figures on one wall. And the robin's egg blue ceiling.

I love my bedroom. It's like a getaway for me. The unsexy thing? Dust. Between all the down stuff we use and the cat and all the books and doo dads, it gets dusty really fast.

Our bedromm is functional...packed with furniture..clothes and shoes everywhere. The beagle has a pillow in there..but always ends up in the bed. Dust bunnies are everywhere and sneak out at times. But- it works for us..who cares what is there as long we both are together!

Right now... i live in the unfinished basement of a house that used to be a rental house. The floor is nasty concrete, with an old patch of carpet in the middle. 3 walls are bare drywall, and the 4th is concrete with the wooden supports. That wall has a nice large crack in it. There's no room 'cuz right now there's 2 beds. The closet is just a space in one wall. There's no frame on the door so light leaks in. Yea... totally unsexy. Not bringing Master home to that! LOL ... actually moving out closer to him in a few months and then my room will be uber sexy!

I actually took the time and did a really really good job on decorating our room. The walls are the darkest green paint they make, we have candle sconces, a water fountain, mirrors...
Too bad it's all covered in dirty laundry most of the time.

our bedroom has legos, toddler books and diapers and wipes. But we do our best... I keep nice sheets on our bed, at least. Although some of them do have crayon marks... we just try to ignore that...

Ever see Lock Up on MSNBC? The prison specials? Everywhere I Have ever lived in Hawaii (and rent is high and I am single and have a not so well paying job) looks like a plain white cinderblock cell with a jalosie window. Cinderblocks painted white and a white nightstand are as unsexy as you can get. All I need to get it unsexier is bunk beds.

The only thing that might seem unsexy in my room is the huge pile of pillows that I have to throw on the ground just to use my bed. But its really not a big deal. We just remodeled the master suite, so I can't really complain about much, and I don't have kids to leave toys and stuff around.

My bedroom is so unsexy. its plain and messy and we have a dog that sheds like crazy so that we have dog hair EVERYWHERE. Our bedrrom is also small so it's cramped quarters
