Fisting is the ability to insert the entire fist instead of just a finger or such. It takes a long time and lots of communication in order to achieve fisting as it requires a lot of preperation time, foreplay, and communication to avoid harming the person being fisted. Lubricant is a must for fisting. Fisting can be done both vaginally as well as anally. When fisting, the hand should be inserted with the palm facing up towards her/his stomach. The process starts with one finger and works up slowly until four fingers are inserted. Once inserted, the fister must make very small movements as inserting a fist is pretty large, and small movements feel most pleasurable.

It seems so intimidating. Then I look at my very small hands, and I think if it were a hand as small as mine it would be totally doable. A large mans hand though? Not going to happen.

Question?

For anybody who practices this, how long does it take the vagina to recover from an experience like this? It seems slightly counterproductive if everything else seems small in comparison for a week or two.

Yeah, you have to take is slowly. GWF, it takes no more time to recover than using a very large vibe or dildo does. Basically, if you do it right, no more than an hour or so is required to recover (although once I did tear my urethra, but we weren't as careful as we should have been, (we didn't use additional lube and we went too fast) and it hasn't happened since. That took me about 4 days to recover from. It wasn't as bad as most UTIs, though.) . I have not had "anything seem smaller in comparison" any time. Healthy vaginal tissue goes back in a matter of minutes or hours. We've had PIV after a fisting session and he's never complained and I still feel his penis just as nicely as any other time.


I have a Memory Foam vagina, though.

I have tried it on my self but only got four fingers to my last knuckles. My hand/arm just will not contort to the right position. I would love it if the wife would try it, both on me and let me on her.

Considers the size of Hubby's hand...oh hell no. Hubby doesn't have really long fingers but his actual hand is super big and wide. If he put it in a fist that would be like having another kid without the joy of a baby. Hubby's never asked or tried it and I just can't foresee that happening.

Uhh, no. My limits are 5.75" in circumference vaginally, and 5.25" in circumference anally. I won't go bigger than that.

I like watching it, but I won't do it myself. My partner isn't into that anyway.

Have tried it once, would be willing to do it again with enough foreplay. Like P'Gell, the recovery time as far as stretch goes was only a few minutes. I was rather tender the next day though

Okay folks, for those of you who have not tried vaginal fisting, this is like anal sex. There are RULES:

Rule #1) Arousal. You need to be very aroused for your muscles to relax enough to allow a fist in. It's easiest after a g-spot orgasm, honestly. Trust me, you CAN have more than one.

Rule #2) LUBRICANT. No matter how much natural lubricant you produced, more is always better. If you're not using toys with silicone sensitivity, I would recommend it because it lasts longer.

Rule #3) Go. SLOW. Like... SLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOO WWWWWWWWWWWW. Start with 1 finger, then two, then three, then four... As you add fingers you want to make the fingertips as SMALL as possible so that they taper from small to large.

Rule #4) If it hurts, stop. This is beyond the pressure of the stretching. Anything that makes you go "Ow, fuck that hurts..." is bad.

Rule #5) Having strong PC floor muscles makes it easier/better. So do your kegels ladies.

Remember, it won't happen overnight. It won't be super awesome pleasure the first time either. Also, keep doing things to to arouse the receiving party so as to keep muscles relaxed...

That said, we haven't quite gotten his fist all the way in yet. We have trouble at the knuckles. It's a work in progress. But it's always very intimate and intense when we try. It's also not for everyone. It only takes me about a day for me to recover. We have not attempted it anally on My Mr, and at this time have not intention of trying.

I'm not a fan of receiving anal and I actually have a hard time with large membered men and large toys so fisting on me is pretty much out of the question and not something I'm super interested in. Anally fisting a partner however, I'd LOVE to try.

It is NOTHING like childbirth, as the cervix is involved in childbirth, as well as the pelvis opening and none of this happens with fisting. None of the pain. Only unbelievable pleasure. The first time he succeeded, I wasn't even sure what he did. The next time I just said, "Do that thing you do when I can't come." I don't want to sound weird, but we've used more than just one hand, all of one and a few fingers from an other.

We have done it with natural lube, but I've always been a juicy woman. I would advise lube, lots of it.

And, my experience has only been vag fisting. We haven't gone anal with this yet. I will rarely say "I'll never do that." when it comes to most sexual experiences. But, we take things as they come.

I had it done by a friend who had smaller hands than I do. I was surprised! It was super great and was NOT uncomfortable. Took about an hour or so to get everything back to normal. Would soooo love it again, sadly the hubby has HUGE hands LOL

My husband has huge hands. Like freakishly large (almost twice the size of mine). Fisting definitely takes some time, but it feels fucking amazing!!!!He says if he is having a hard time getting the thumb in, he uses the other hand to stretch me out more, starting with one, two and three additional fingers, and take turns gently thrusting each one in and out (like rubbing your hands together to warm them) after which, the thumb seems to go in nice and easy.
