Sure, it's a pun in the movies and on TV ("the biggest aphrodisiac for a married woman is an empty sink and a running wash machine"), but honestly, I know I relax more (and thus play more) when my "chores are done", and if he did a chunk (he always does) that is a huge turn on to me.
