Note that the conversion kit only works if you already have the regular Wedge. It does not contain the foam insert.

The wedge or the jaz. By the way the liberator wedge conversion kit is just the COVER not the actual furniture piece. So you would have to buy the wedge and then the cover for that.

the wedge is a good start because it is smaller so it is easier to deal with.

ps. the conversion kits are just the cover.

I was going to get the heart wedge but I wasn't sure that it would be wide enough, so I went with the regular one. Going to see if I like it before I get the ramp - that thing seems like it would be a pain in the butt to store. The velcro cuffs that come with the black label ones don't really appeal to me. I need something more secure...

I bought the Liberator ramp and frankly wish I had sprung for the ramp/wedge combo. There are so many more positions you can do with the combo or just the wedge than the ramp alone. Granted, I'm glad I bought the ramp because it makes the position I have a hard time with so much easier-doggy style-but according to the instructional DVD we received with the ramp, the wedge has SO many other possibilities. And now that I have to purchase it separately, I have to spend about $40 more. :-( Oh well..

Ive got the heart wedge. It's much less expensive if it is your first venture. Also see the jaz. They are about the same price.
