Room temperature isn't a big issue, if it's too cold sex will warm things up.

It all depends...if it isn't planned the thermostat stays quite cool. (You do know us Scots are extremely frugal don't you?) However, if we know we are headed up for some fun, the thermostat will get turned up a few notches to take the edge off. Mrs. Scotch will however send me right back down to turn the temp back to normal as I am capable of walking and breathing normally again.

we keep the house at 66 degrees at night, and 68 during the day when people are home. We have sex under the blanket in the winter time, it just feels better to keep yourself warm.

I get cold easily, so I keep the house at 76 all year. during sex, if I get too hot I turn on the ceiling fan. then as soon as were done, the fan goes right back off.

keeping the bill down is important so startin off under a blanket is okay but soon they come off. So for us it don't really matter. We don't notice it after a while.

We use a space heater to provide the temporary warmth that makes being naked comfortable. It's way more cost effective than heating up the whole house.

We have a space heater we turn on if we're planning on having sex. If it's spontaneous, we just stay under the blanket until we get hot enough.

This! I like to keep the energy bill down but won't be hassled with blankets when we get busy. We keep our house colder than most, so we'll use a small space heater during the coldest nights to take the chill off when we make love.

I tend to run warm so I prefer chilly winter nights over hot summer nights.

Those are the exact settings we have at our house, but the night time temperature of 66 degrees is a bit too chilly for sex, probably because of the high ceiling in our room, so I have to adjust the thermostat back to 68 degrees...I don't like to be restricted by our comforter!
