I know plenty of guys and girls who masturbate frequently and don't have acne problems at all... that's like saying sex would increase acne. If you don't shower I'm sure it would xD cuz of the oils, sweat etc. that builds up

This could be true, but you'd have to make your way around to it like. Acne is caused by perspiration left on the skin to clog pores, masturbation can make you perspire, thus clogging the pores and leaving you with acne, therefore masturbation causes acne.
It's not really true though, I don't think. Same goes for the whole you'll go blind or have hairy palms myths.

I'm not surprised that somebody would say that, but I would be pissed off is a teacher - who is supposed to be educating my children - told them this.

The only thing that would make sense to me about masturbation causing acne is the skin getting oily/sweaty and not being rinsed off after a heavy masturbation session. Otherwise, it just doesn't make any sense.
