I've tried it for headaches. It'll work for a small headache, but not for a migraine. It seems to make those worse. At least mine. Never tried it for cramps. If I'm cramped up, the last thing I'm thinking about is sex. Maybe next time I'll try it though, just to see.

I have tried and it works usually for a regular headache. Today I had a (well still am dealing with) a horrible migraine and we had sex to see if it would help, but it didn't . I think it doesn't work for migraines because I tend to squeeze/tense up when things are getting good and I'm getting there.

Definitely. Even if I'm not in the mood and I have a headache or cramps, I get my boyfriend to have sex with me. Cramps and headaches may make it hard for you to get horny, but once you get turned on, your headache and cramps go away almost immediately.
The only downside for me is, they almost immediately come back after we're done. So, pop two advil before you have sex, and by the time sex is over with, the advil should start kicking in!

I use my fairy massager daily for such things. Works amazing on aches and pains + if your aware of where your Acupressure points are you can easily use that to relieve headaches and other things. I've heard orgasms relieve pain too.

The pain/discomfort will go away during the act. But then after the orgasm, it seems like it comes back even worse than before.

I've done with masturbation before, but full-on sex on my period would just be too weird, for me personally. Masturbation is great for easing cramps.
