I'd like to think they can. But it's not something that one should get bent out of shape about if they can't achieve it. Not everyone I know can. But not everyone I know is as sexually open as I am either.

I would like to think that every woman has the ability to. It is just a matter of letting yourself go enough to actually do it. I honestly don't know. I think a lot more can probably do it if they worked at it and learned some squirting techniques but I kind of doubt every woman could just like not every guy can cum and yet not orgasm.

I said no. I'm no doctor but I wouldn't put money on every woman in the world being able to squirt. I'd say that probably most women can probably learn, but there is always going to be an exception.
