Yes, but it wasn't like I found it "right away" nor did it take a very long time. I wasn't even all that into finding it for some time, and then when I did try, I wasn't aroused enough to feel it and I was searching WAY to high and back to where it actually was. Actually, my partner found mine several years ago, on his first try. It was pretty incredible and I was surprised to say the least. I still can't seem to give my own self the best G-spot O's like he can. I just can't go fast enough with my arms while using a dildo or anything, but can get there some. I talked to a physiologist and not all women have G-spots, apparently. I think I found mine instinctually -- I can't imagine penetration without it.
