i have a friend who says she doesn't enjoy orgasms...she loves how it feels leading up to the orgasm...basically she would rather stop before she orgasms because it's painful and intense...i found it interesting. i guess different strokes with different folks.

Are there others who experience pain instead of pleasure during orgasms?

I used to have this problem a lot. It just sort of got better with time. Now the only time it happens is if I orgasm too much. I'm multi-orgasmic and cum easily, so if we hit past my limit they start to hurt.

Sometimes it will hurt quite a bit... but it's not often. If I'm feeling pressured to come, it's more likely to happen.

I used to have a disease called endometriosis which did make sex and especially orgasms seriously painful and something to be endured. After my hysterectomy, though, I have not had a painful orgasm., cramps, or labor like waves of pain. Pain-free sex for over 20 years--a blessing!!

Never had a painful orgasm. Occasionally after lots of sex and a really long erection there is some slight discomfort in my penis, but never from the orgasm itself.

I've never tried getting myself off till resently. I'm 22 so yes I know this is odd but it just felt wierd touching myself so the other day I got my first rabbit dildo/vibrator and when I try to keep my self from cumming it does hurt. my husband has had to teach me to relax and to just let it happen. If it feels go why stop. So orgasms only hurt when I'm to scared to let it go.
