I can't decide and they are all so expensive. Also, if anyone knows how to make one, please tell!

I think it depends on your preference in underwear normally.

You can make one easily, using boxer briefs, a "O" ring and some sewing skills. It wont be as good as buying one already made but it will work if you're in a pinch! Just google how to make packing underwear, tumblr has a few great tutorials!

As for products, I highly recommend the trunks packer!

This, I've tried making home-made solutions, but it was kind of fiddly and not worth the trouble. Up to you though xD you may have more patience than I did.

Of those choices I'd probably get the briefs, but I prefer a harness that isn't part of the underwear.

Ditto on this — very straightforward to make if you have some (very) tight underwear, an o-ring, a pair of scissors, and a needle and thread. I made one, and love it — all the control and aesthetic appeal that the Spareparts Tomboi harness I used to have had, for less than $10 (since I already had the underwear).
