Do you create accounts that you never use, but create it under a certain name just so no one else can have the name?

If you are okay saying, which names?

Or do you do something similar, but just not with blog names, but usernames, emails, etc?

Do you think it is okay when other people do this, and have you ever had someone approach you, asking to buy that name from you?
