So it's the 4th of July and you go to a neighborhood barbeque and you have a choice of hamburgers or hot dogs what do you choose?
At barbeques what do you prefer?

If that's all they are grilling, I will go for the hamburger. But if is was a true BBQ I would be asking where the brats, ribs, brisket, tenderloin and whole pig is.
For me, BBQ has nothing but smoke cooking the food. Whereas grilling is done over an open flame such as charcoal or propane grills.

I'd go with a cheeseburger.

Nothing better than a bbq burger! Love all the salads too... potato, noodle, etc. My most fav is coleslaw though... YUM YUM!!

Cheeseburger mmm!
05/11/2012
Nothing beats a good old fashioned cheeseburger on the grill!

I don't like meat, but I do like grilled veggies of all kinds. I usually get a tofu pup (like a vegan hot dog), or a mushroom or something.
05/11/2012
Considering hot dogs or hamburgers tend to be the norm for a barbeque I didn't want to choose other so hamburger wins. But ribs are the way to go
05/11/2012
If I only get to choose between those two, then I'll pick the burger.
05/11/2012
I can usually talk the chef into a chicken breast.
05/11/2012
Grilled hot dogs.. Grilled burgers.. Grilled chicken fillets.. I love grilled stuff period lol
05/11/2012
We don't have barbeques much, but when we do I usually have burgers
05/11/2012
Burgers, usually it requires more skill to make a good burger in my opinion so theres more versatility in the cook.
