Ok, the one idea I had this week after seeing this thread: Blog List

I would need a volunteer (or two)... but my idea was to start a new blog thread. That's it. great idea huh?

No seriously, if we created a single alphabetized blog list that I could occasionaly update, it would make it easier for the community to to check out the new blogs.

example...

contributor one - blog a
contributor two - blog b
contributor three - blog c

That would be really helpful because then they would all be in one place and easy to find. I could probably help out with this if nobody else has more free time, lol

I think that's an excellent idea. Some people here have the most excellent blogs. And I'd actually love to be a part of something like that, even if it is just organizing them and advertising for EF contributors.

Great idea cuz I don't really bother with the blogs unless there's a link. Don't think I can help with it during holiday season though - I just run around too much plus I have our next family to shop for this month.

How about something like a Birthday Club? It doesn't have to include anything free like GCs or anything....But at the beginning of each month there could be a forum topic posted for the upcoming birthdays. I used to do this on another forum a few years ago and I would like to do it again. It's just a social thing. Totally voluntarily to send in your birth date and you don't have to participate if you choose not to.

I could do something like this, I could take birthdays starting anytime and start posting for January.

Thoughts?

maybe it could even get evolved into a blog ring - like the old ring surf groups. With each blog displaying a button that leads to another blog within the ring
