I love fresh roasted pumpkin seeds. A lot of work, but an amazing treat. Anyone have a good pumpkin seed recipe to share?

We roast pumpkin seeds every year. We will brush them with an extremely small amount of coconut oil (so as not to burn) and then sprinkle sea salt/gartlc mix. Roast in the oven until just barely brown and perfect. - C

Yep, we do. I try to do a few small batches of different flavors....and then one big batch of just salted and roasted. Very yum!
