I have never worn a costume for Halloween even though I go to halloween parties. I just decided I'd like to wear a costume for the party I'm going to. I don't want to have to spend any $ if I don't have to since I'll probably not want to do this again. I'm not interested in anything too revealing either. I do have a couple Bustiers but I don't know how to make a coutume theme with them. So. I'll appreciate any suggestions.

Wear a bustier over a black dress - instant vampire or Victorian Lady.

Wear a bustier and a tutu. Grab some butterfly wings from Wal-Mart.

Hmm, depends upon the colors of the bustiers. I like the vampire/ Victorian Lady suggestion.
