I was browsing online to find the most popular New Year's resolutions. I thought it would be fun to see if any EF members have these resolutions for 2013. I have goals. I always have goals.
I don't make resolutions anymore. I decided a couple of years ago that it was a really nice way to set yourself up for failure (only in my opinion of course). Proximal goals are easier to achieve than distal ones like resolutions. It is a well researched fact and I find I do better working week by week or month by month depending on the goal.

Im the person that doesnt make new years resolutions if i need a change im not going to wait until the new year to do it

Save money and get outdoors during the warmer months more.

I'd like to start eating healtheir again (I've slacked off) and be healthier overall. Exercising more, tightening and toning up my overall body.

I'd love to get a job, but I don't think that's going to happen this year so we'll keep that one for next year.
