Well if you have someone to share it with a nice candle-lit dinner is pretty much fail proof, especially with a scattering of red rose petals and Hershey's kisses on the table.
Follow it up with some loving sort of foreplay you've yet to try and a bit of fun and it should be a wonderful evening.

If you're single go out, spoil yourself with some good chocolate and an at-home spa day before going out dancing with fellow single girlfriends or try a sort of single ladies sleep over to celebrate your freedom to do whatever the heck you please since you don't have anyone dragging you down (at least on the one day a year when the world tries to make you feel like you need to get married right away and have a man/woman to spend the rest of your life with).
