My youngest child and I were discussing this today on our way home from the doctor. She can't decide, and I was thinking I want to be Bellatrix LaStrange. I think I'd make a good Bellatrix.

Sometimes I wander around the house, tunelessly singing "I killed Sirius Black. I killed Sirius Black." while spinning around and I have the hair for it.

So, are you going to dress up to meet kids at the door, or go to a party or even to try to convince people to give you free candy?

BELLATRIX!!!! Awesome, take pictures if you do.

Im still trying to figure it out. Depends if we go anywhere. I was just looking at photos of my old costumes from school. It was a big deal since we were an fx school we had halloween parties for like 2 weeks straight and you had to have a different costume each time. So I have like a gazillion pictures of me in different costumes I hustled together.

A friend and I are going out as flappers. I'm still trying to find a jazz club we can hang out at ... seems no one wants to play jazz on Halloween weekend.

i've always wanted to be a sexy snow white, but the only costume i like is super duper expensive. so i'm thinking about being a sexy maid, sexy nurse, sexy school girl, or sexy cop. you know, nothing original.

I wanted to be the female version of Edward scissor hands, I seen the outfit online but it was only available in size small and medium. No love for the size larges I guess It was HOT.

I think just a black cat..not very imaginative but I make a good cat and its safe!lol.I dont like sticking out to much when Im bringing the kids out trick or treating!lol

I want to dress up, but I'm not sure what I want yet. It depends a lot on whether or not I have to work on Halloween. My fiance is planning on being Crazy Dave from Plants vs. Zombies.

I'm not sure. At the mountain where we go snowboarding, you get a free lift ticket if you dress up on Halloween. So whatever it is must involve a base layer of underarmour.

(I secretly love the name Bellatrix and am slightly envious she thought of it before I did...ahem)

I haven't dressed up in years. Every year I talk about dressing up in some princess outfit with a bunch of glitter around my eyes and going trick or treating. For whatever reason it never works out.

I was thinking about going as She-Ra. But we'll see how my costume turns out, if I can't make a nice looking one I will probably just wear a costume I already have.

These all sound great.

I usually end up cobbling together a costume from things I have around the house. Maybe running a few things up on the sewing machine. I may go to a Halloween store to get a few items (my brother works at one during the Halloween season for extra cash, so maybe I can get a discount)

I had a perfect Bellatrix dress, but I think it may have ended up going to Good Will. I will have to go down in my scary spider filled basement (it'll get me ready for the role) to see what I can find. I probably only buy a costume every 10 years or so, we make the rest.

A number of years ago, I was Little Red Riding hood. I made a hood and cape, and wore it with a dress with a white bib apron, and carried a basket of Goodies. I used my Malamute, dressed in a lace hat, (made from an old lace and cloth curtain) for the wolf who ate Gramma.

She's a character in the Harry Potter books and movies. She's an insane evil witch. Seriously hot.
