We carve the pumpkins themselves and then roast the seeds with farlic and sea salt. I actually can’t wait to do that in a week or two. - C

XD When Halloween is done, we bring in the pumpkin, gut it and take out the seeds then I roast them.

I usually bake the seeds after i carve the pumpkin, I've never made pumpkin pie with the insides.
