I know you put this in the wrong section but I figured I'd answer anyway lol.. I think I'd like the one that comes with the product the best... Though, I have not yet tried it so maybe I'd prefer another.. I plan on getting this eventually so I'll let you know if my opinion changes

Wavy looks best to me because there are more little impacts per second if you're spinning at the same speed. But not so many (like with spiked) that they would just tickle instead of giving pressure.

That said, I don't have any of them, soooo once someone posts a video and I see if it will be strong enough for me I will let you know.
