Who scared you the most when you were little? For me it was the Evil Queen from "Snow White", she was just so creepy as the old peddler and she wanted to kill her stepdaughter for being prettier than her!

Most awesome was Maleficent because she was just so elegant and evil (although she had a shitty ending).
Best, though, was Esma from The Emperor's New Groove. Eartha Kitt was hilarious as her.

Frollo. I was scared of him when I was a kid just because of what he does during the first five minutes of his introduction. He is one of the best villain Disney ever created in my opinion.

I have to go with the newest and best (worst?) of the Disney villains - Darth Vader.
