I don't smoke but my bf does and I love to kiss him afterwards. I don't know if it is the brand or what but he doesn't have a typical smoker's breath. He is very respectful and usually won't smoke if we are in the car together and usually goes outside when he has the urge..

It really depends. Johnny Depp smokes, and he is sexy as hell. But, as a former smoker (I quit 3 months ago) I have to say that there is nothing sexy about coughing your lungs out all the time.

I know it kind of secretly makes me a bad person, but I sort of think smoking IS sexy. I didn't think so until I met my current boyfriend and there IS something a little sensual about the way his lips wrap around the cigarette or blow out the smoke. He doesn't usually smell super bad, so it doesn't bother me.
