How do you like playing your video games?
Do you like playing multiplayer on video games or alone?

I haven't even played some of the games I have in single player mode. I usually jump right in for the action on-line!

I much prefer playing by myself. This works for me since my favorite games are RPGs (mostly Japanese RPGs). When I DO play with others, I prefer to play with friends. I do not really like playing with strangers at ALL, especially if I have to talk. But I recently got Journey and I actually really like that it makes you play with random strangers. No one talks. You just chirp at each other. And it makes you feel cute and adorable. I am sure I am chirping away with and spinning around grown men and that is totally cool in the world of Journey.

I like single player or multiplayer with random people. None of the friends I have are gamers, so I just play with those online. I haven't played games in a while now though.

Local co-op with a friend is best: Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil 5, Smash Bros. and Mario Kart, etc.

i think it's all good. It really depends on the game. For example I like to play ME 3 and dark souls with whoever is on, Borderlands and sports games with my friends, and most computer games, like STALKER, or Total war games by my lonesome.

I prefer single player. I mainly just play rpgs. I used to LOVE multiplayer games. When I first got my xbox years ago all I played was call of duty 4 online, but that got old fast.

I would play multiplayer with friends, if not for time, work, family constraints. So on that rare occasion that I can play, I play alone.

I prefer single-player. On the few times I do play multiplayer, though, I like strangers. It's much more ... random that way. You can never be sure what kind of person is going to be screaming into their headset. It's provided more than a few hilarious moments.

I would rather play online but It sucks because most people are assholes so you can't even talk in game without someone trying to start something with you. So I just get online to kill other people mostly.

I prefer to play either by myself or with my friends in the room with me. It's rare that I do any remote multiplaying, and I've no desire to play with strangers.

I buy games for the single play but if it has a good online mode I'll play it. i play with randoms because i don't know of enough people to play with online.

I like all 3. Depends on the game. Some games don't have a good multiplayer aspect so I stick to the single player story. And then there are some games that are more fun in multiplayer (Red Dead is a good example)- I try to play mostly with people I know in order to avoid dealing with b.s. But there are times I am stuck playing alone with strangers in multiplayer.
I also love MMOs. But I tend to be a loner while playing. I am friendly but don't initiate interactions with other players- I do help people and chat but only when others hit me up. I'm not shy, I just like soloing quests.
